Michael Curran is a trial attorney who has been working in different areas of general civil and Constitutional law, labor and employment law, business law, Aviation law and has represented a wide variety of clients in private practice in many aspects of business and civil litigation, ranging from individuals to large corporations. Mr. Currans practice history has included hundreds of cases in various federal and state courts at trial as well as in alternative settings such as arbitration, mediation, and state administrative proceedings including the California Labor Commissioner.
Michael will focus the program on 3-main topics:
- The validity of California, so-called health and safety orders v. US and California constitutional rights of freedom and liberty. Â Govt Code 8665 enforcement. Â ABC lawsuit.
- United States and California Constitution, free speech protections, specifically how that applies to government social media accounts. Â They are a modern day times square.
- Alleged defamation of politicians and individual citizens and potential SLAPP suits and anti-SLAPP Motions to strike/Attorneys fees/costs.
In addition to his law degree, Michael has earned his Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor Certificates. Michael has served the North and San Diego County courts for over 15 years as a Judge Pro Tem and Settlement Conference Judge and has taught as Adjunct Faculty for Mira Costa College as a Business Law Professor. In 2018, he and his wife and partner Susan received the Co-Attorneys of the Year from the North County Bar Association.
Mr. Curran has served hundreds of times as a legal expert commentator for KUSI and other local television stations and three times on National Fox news and has been the live on site event announcer for the US Triathlon Series, San Diego Marathon, La Jolla Half-Marathon, 35 years for US Navy’s Over the Bay Bridge run and approximately 600 other triathlon, running, cycling and fitness events across the country since 1988.
Most recently he and his wife and partner Susan created and led a constitutional peaceful protest that resulted in saving over 2000 restaurants bars, breweries, gyms, and other small business, who peacefully defied the shut down orders and saved their businesses.

Robert Radulescu is the founder of ROMANCORE LAW and a civil litigator with experience in state and federal courts. Robert has been named a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters, a distinction awarded to only the top 2.5% of all attorneys in California. He has also been named one of the top 50 attorneys in the U.S. by the Top 100 Magazine. His law practice focuses on class action, business, employment law and personal injury cases. Robert was born in Romania and moved to the Unites States with his family when he was twelve years old. Prior to earning his J.D., he worked as an engineer. Aside from his law practice, Robert is also a licensed real estate broker, real estate being one of his passions from a young age. He is fluent in Romanian and Hungarian.
